Warranty Returns Procedure
If you have purchased a label machine from us and it has developed a fault at anytime during the warranty period, or if it is 'dead on arrival', you may return it using the automated warranty return procedure here: Warranty Returns
You will be provided with a FREEPOST address to send the faulty item back to, and a replacement will be sent to you. Most items come with a 3 year warranty, though the discontinued LM150 only has a 1 year warranty. Please email us if you need a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase.
Non-Warranty Returns Procedure
If you need to return items to us please email us at email@example.com with the following information:
1) Your order number (can be found on your order confirmation, delivery note and invoice), if you can't find it then your name and the delivery postcode should be enough
2) A list of the items and quantities to be returned
3) The reason for the return (eg.ordered the wrong size/colour etc), and if you require replacement with a different item
We will then email you back with return instructions, the returns address and a returns number. If you do not receive a reply within 1 working day please check your spam folder to make sure our reply didn't get misplaced, and if you still can't find it please contact us by mail or fax (0845 020 4391).
Please do not return items without a returns number.
