Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We only accept orders online, you can pay by Credit/Debit Card during the checkout process. The checkout process will provide you with full instructions as you go along.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Next Day Courier:Orders placed on a weekday before 15:30 will normally be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend will normally be delivered on Tuesday. There may be slight delays if an item is out of stock, but we will notify you by e-mail if the delay is more than a couple of days. Standard Delivery take 3-5 working days.

FRADULENT ORDERS
Due to the high number of fraudulent orders we use a number of added security and anti-fraud tools including, but not limited to - "3rd Man", "CardAware", "BankAlert", "Early Warning", and anti tamper security labels. All fraudulent orders are investigated and reported to an anti-fraud network to be shared with other traders and from August 2006 they are automatically submitted to the banks anti-fraud teams.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
If you have chosen to pay online then at the payment stage of the checkout process you will be connected to the Secure Payment Servers at Protx, one of the leading UK card processing companies. All of our checkout process is secured using high encryption SSL technology, but for extra security the cards are processed directly on the Secure Protx servers so we do not see your card details and at no time are they stored on our systems.
