LW Reception

LW Reception is a brand new Visitor Management Software application specifically designed for the Dymo LabelWriter range of label printers.

Ideal for small to medium sized businesses that want to keep track of visitors.

When a visitor arrives, simply enter a few details - such as their name, company, and who they're visiting - then press a button and the visitor is logged by the software and a visitors badge prints onto your Dymo Labelwriter printer.

When they leave site, they hand back the badge and with a couple of clicks the visitor is logged off site.

At any time you can easily see who has visited the site today, with arrival and departure times - and also see who's still on site.

  • Print a vistiors log, with 'time on site' (useful for contractors)
  • Quickly switch views between 'Todays visitors' and 'still on site visitors'
  • In the event of an emergency print a 'fire report' showing all on-site visitors, you can then check them off manually at the fire evacutation rallying point, and show any unaccounted for visitors to the fire safety officer.

Requirements
  • XP (requires SP2) / Vista / Windows 7
  • LW400 or LW450 series Labelwriter (Labelwriter Twin is ideal)
  • Requires Dymo Label Software V8.3 or above. (Comes free with Labelwriter or free download if you have an older version)
  • Internet connection required for initial licence validation
