The new LabelWriter SE450 label printer supports serial and USB connectivity – and lets you integrate high-quality label printing into any custom application running on Windows, Mac, Linux or embedded platforms.

The LabelWriter SE450 label printer is primarily intended for applications limited to sending simple ASCII print data and Escape commands for printing from computers or devices using the serial or USB connections. In addition, printer drivers are included for printing from a Mac, Windows, or Linux system.

Fast, compact, reliable and whisper-quiet, it’s a perfect fit for virtually any work environment. And it’s guaranteed to impress your most demanding customers.
  • Includes 26 built-in barcode symbologies, including Codabar, Code 3 of 9, Code 128-A, Code 26-B, Code128-C, Code128-Auto, UPC-E, UPC-A+5, EAN-8, EAN-13, EAN-13+2, Bookland EAN, SISAC, PDF417, POSTNET, Data Matrix.
  • Networks easily. Using the DYMO LabelWriter Print Server (available separately), you can share a single printer across multiple workstations.
  • Supports user-definable page height, print density, positioning and orientation.
  • Includes 5 internal fonts, each printable in regular, double-height, double-width and double-height/double-width.
  • Prints all standard ASCII characters plus foreign characters for Western Europe
  • Accepts bitmap data for printing graphics
  • Compact size fits in virtually any work environment.
  • Prints labels up to 269 mm long and 56 mm wide.
  • Comes with 90 - 240 VAC universal power adapter.

The SE450 printer is a direct thermal printer and does not use ink or toner. Instead, the printer uses heat from a thermal print head to print on specially treated labels. Labels are the only supplies you will ever need to buy.
