This prize promotion is open to any resident of Great Britain 18+ in the period
between 1 April and 30 September 2010 for the purchase of any Dymo
LabelManager machine of Dymo LabelWriter machine. Entry using third parties, e.g.
contest agencies, is excluded. Furthermore, each person or company may only enter
this promotion only once. The entrant is responsible for the correctness of the data
supplied.
Employees of Newell Ltd or other companies of the Newell Rubbermaid group, their
families, as well as our participating distributors and their employees are,
unfortunately, excluded from entering this promotion. No recourse to the courts is

You could win:

How to enter
You can enter the promotion by purchasing any Dymo LabelManager machine or
Dymo LabelWriter machine. Register your LabelWriter or LabelManager machine via
www.dymo.com/2010 between 1 April and 30 September to enter.
The prize draw shall be supervised by an independent observer.
The winner of the first prize will be notified by e-mail or telephone within 7 days of
winning their prize; the prizes for the other winners will be delivered promptly
following each monthly draw after notification by email. Prizes cannot be redeemed in
cash, nor can a prize be transferred to a third party.

Newell Ltd will make a personal assistant (from a temporary employment agency)
available to the winner of the first prize for a period of one year to the salary value of
25,000 . A "personal assistant" is to be understood as someone who performs
secretarial duties. Newell Limited Ltd will at its discretion select a qualified personal
assistant. The winner is not entitled to choose his or her assistant. The temporary
employment agency's sole contracting party in this connection will be Newell Ltd at
all times.
In the event of any prize not being available for whatever reason, the Promoter may
offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value and quality.
Prizes are as stated with no cash alternative in whole or in part and are nontransferable.
Any prizes unclaimed after reasonable efforts from the Promoter to contact the
winner will be distributed at Promoter's discretion.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to Internet
Errors. The Promoter is not liable for lost prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to
cancel the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if
circumstances arise outside of their control.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw any winner through a fraudulent claim.
Upon there being no entries, there will be no winner.
Entries not submitted in accordance with the present terms and conditions will be
disqualified and you will not be entered into the game.
