Warranty & Support
Your new Dymo LabelWriter comes with a 2 year warranty as standard, but if you register your new labeler online you will get an extra 1 year giving you a total of 3 years peace of mind.

This means that if your Dymo LabelWriter develops a fault in the first 3 years you can send it back to Dymo (at a FREEPOST address), and they will replace it for free. You will also be able to obtain online and telephone support directly from Dymo's product specialists.

Product Details
The DYMO LabelWriter 400 is DYMO's entry level label printer, printing at 40 labels per minute. The DYMO LabelWriter 400 doesn't use any ink, toner, ribbon or any other consumables - just the labels!

The reason so many people buy LabelWriters is that they are designed for one thing only - printing labels - and they are very good at doing just that. Unlike some other label printing methods they don't keep jamming or chewing up the labels, don't require expensive consumables, and can print single labels without wastage. Indeed they are ideal for printing anything from a single label to hundereds of labels in just a few easy steps.

You can use the Dymo Label Software (DLS) provided free with the label printer, or print from popular applications like Excel, Word and Outlook. There is also a handy mail merge function that allows you to design a label in DLS, and then merge the label with a list of addresses from a spreadsheet/database/text file.
